Kyle Ryde (1) slices up the inside of Bradley Ray in race three on his way to the win.

Race one on Saturday belonged to Ray, who converted pole position into his first victory of the 2026 season. The race was interrupted twice by red flags, the first following a multi-rider incident at turn two on the opening lap. Following the restart, Ray controlled the shortened contest to finish ahead of Redding, while defending champion Ryde completed the podium.

Sunday’s opening race saw Redding respond with victory after leading throughout a race that featured an early Safety Car period. Redding headed a four-rider lead group that included Ryde, Ray and Max Cook (AJN Steelstock bimota) before contact between Ryde and Ray ended the Yamaha rider’s race. Ryde crossed the line second but was handed a post-race three-second penalty for the incident, promoting Cook to second and dropping Ryde to third.

Ryde bounced back in the final race of the weekend, claiming his first British Superbike victory at Snetterton after taking the lead midway through the contest. The Ducati rider pulled clear over the closing laps to finish ahead of Redding, with Ray recovering to complete the podium after moving forward through the field. Ryan Vickers (Honda Racing UK) finished fourth ahead of Leon Haslam (Moto Rapido Racing Ducati), while Cook’s challenge ended with a late-race retirement.

After four rounds, Ryde continues to lead the championship on 200 points, with Redding closing the gap in second on 183. Ray’s strong weekend moves him to third on 139 points, followed by Haslam on 131 and Cook completing the top five on 109.CN
