The limited-edition, fully loaded 2027 KTM 450 Rally Replica is coming to the USA this fall.

The KTM 450 Rally Replica is as close to a complete and race-ready machine as it gets. At the heart of the bike is the 450cc fuel-injected SOHC engine, cooled by dual radiators, with a six-speed gearbox with a premium Brembo hydraulic clutch with rally-specific gearing. Brembo components also handle braking, and a titanium Akrapovič exhaust system trims weight and maximizes the power.
The hydro-formed, laser-cut and hand-welded frame is optimized for longitude and torsional flex. The WP Pro Suspension package is fully adjustable and includes a 48mm WP Xact Pro 7548 closed-cartridge Cone Valve fork and a WP Xact Pro 7750 shock.
The in-house developed PHDS (Progressive Handlebar Damping System) system is complemented with a Scotts steering damper, while the aluminum alloy tapered handlebar has rally-tested foam rubber grips. The limited-edition bike rides on Michelin Starcross 6 Medium/Soft tires, and the footpegs use a wider surface area for better grip.
A three fuel-tank construction extends the capacity to 9.11 gallons, and other goodies include a Selle Dalla Valle seat, an LED headlight package, and a carbon-fiber navigation tower completes the Rally Replica package.
KTM says the 2027 KTM 450 Rally Replica is the only customer race model developed, produced, and assembled by the official KTM Motorsports facility in Austria, and it is expected to be in authorized KTM dealers this fall. Price is listed at $42,499.
