Strang Announced as Guest Speaker for R2R May Mental Health Initiative

The Road 2 Recovery Foundation says that GNCC Racer Josh Strang will be this month’s Guest Speaker for the Breaking the Stigma Monthly Support Zoom powered by On Track School.
You can join the event live on Tuesday, May 9, starting at 5 p.m. PST, via Zoom to listen to Strang discuss his years of experience and personal journey to prevent burnout and maintain a healthy state of mind.

Registration is still open to join April’s Guest Speaker; Malene Cottew, this Wednesday, April 12 at 3 p.m. PST. The three-time U.S. Pro Women’s Snocross Championship and two-time winner of the fan favorite award, will speak on “Women in Motorsports.” Malene will share her unique perspective and challenges as a woman in a male-dominated sport and the tools she uses to keep her mental game strong. Malene and Josh join the conversation to help break the stigma around openly discussing mental health. Both will give attendees another compelling insight into a current racing athlete’s perspective and headspace and how that plays out in their day-to-day life.
