Manufacturers preparing to meet Minnesota’s September 15 PFAS reporting deadline should be aware of new details on fees and payment requirements.

This is a press release from the MIC…
A one-time $800 fee per manufacturer is due with an initial report through the state’s PRISM reporting system, while extension and waiver requests carry separate fees and must be submitted by mail with payment by check.
Manufacturers requesting a 90-day extension must submit a $300 check with the extension request form, while waiver requests require an $800 check. Electronic payments are not accepted for extension or waiver requests, and forms with payment must be postmarked at least 30 days before the applicable reporting deadline.
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency has posted a PRISM reporting guide, supplemental guidance, training videos, FAQs, and extension and waiver request forms on the state’s PFAS reporting webpage.
