(May 18, 2026) – As part of its renewed commitment to the FIM Endurance World Championship, Motul is launching the Motul Challenge, a dedicated program for teams competing in the Superstock and Production categories. The initiative will go live from the 8 Hours of Spa Motos.

The aim is straightforward: ease the logistical and financial pressure on teams, and give them greater visibility at the sport’s biggest events. Beyond the passion it inspires, motorcycle endurance racing demands a significant material investment.

Product allocation and prize money

Each registered and validated team will receive a Motul product package covering all eligible events, with an indicative total value of approximately €600 incl. VAT for the season (around €300 incl. VAT per race). The package includes:

  • 1 x 4L engine oil (depending on viscosity)
  • 1 x RBF 700 brake fluid
  • 2 x C1 Chain Clean and 2 x C4 Chain Lub
  • 3 x M1 Helmet & Visor and 3 x M2 Interior Clean
  • 1 x Wash & Wax (E1 or E9 depending on availability)
  • Grip gloves, microfiber cloths and a full sticker kit for the bike and pit box

On top of that, a €1,000 prize will be awarded to the winning team in each category at each event. Teams may combine the product allocation with the prize money.

Eligible rounds

The Motul Challenge applies to the following 2026 FIM EWC rounds:

  • 8 Hours of Spa Motos
  • Bol d’Or
  • Suzuka 8 Hours (optional)

Registration

Registration is mandatory and must be completed with Moena Auberty (M.Auberty@fr.motul.com) no later than 10 days before each race. For the 8 Hours of Spa Motos, the deadline is set for May 27, 2026. Final confirmation comes from Motul, subject to availability. Here is the form to register: https://forms.gle/jXPe78dhUuthbD4n7

Team commitments

In return, participating teams undertake to ensure Motul’s visibility on their bike, in the pit box and on the riders’ leathers, in line with the zones and dimensions defined in the official regulations. Compliance with these obligations is a condition for keeping the product allocation and remaining eligible for the prize money.

Andreea Culcea, Chief People, Brand and Communication Officer: “With the Motul Challenge, we wanted to create much more than just a support program, [we wanted] an initiative designed to support the teams that bring motorcycle endurance racing to life with passion and commitment. By providing real support to the Superstock and Production categories, we want to help make this championship more accessible and continue to grow this discipline that we love so deeply. Endurance racing embodies a spirit of solidarity, performance and reliability that Motul is proud to share alongside the teams and fans.”

Claude Michy, President of Endurance Moto Promoter: “We are very proud to have launched the Motul Challenge, an initiative that is fully in line with our commitment to supporting amateur teams in the FIM Endurance World Championship. Through this program, we aim, together with Motul, to provide them with practical support and recognize their dedication throughout the season.”
