Beta USA has signed Chris Canning as a support team rider for motocross. Canning, who hails from Conventry, Connecticut, will compete on the East Coast in the J-Day Off-Road Championship GP Series, as well as select outdoor MX Nationals races for Beta Racing. He will compete aboard Beta’s Factory 300 RX two-stroke.
Canning has been racing professionally for 11 years and recently placed seventh overall in the 450MX class at the Southwick outdoor AMA Pro Motocross National after going 6-9 in the motos.
“We are very excited to have Chris join the Beta team,” said Race Team Manager Carlen Gardner. “Chris has had a very solid 2023 season in J-DAY Off-Road, and we look forward to replicating that in 2024 alongside him.” CN
