Adam Cianciarulo says okay and not seriously injured after his Salt Lake crash yesterday, so it appears he will be on the starting line this Wednesday for the next Supercross round at Salt Lake City Rnd 12. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider went down while running near the front of the pack early in the 450SX main event and was run over by Cooper Webb, who was right behind him when he went down.
Cianciarulo called it a day at that point and walked back to the pits bruised but apparantly not seriously injured.
He revealed on an Instagram story that “…it was pretty painful at the moment, but I got checked out, internally and all that, no broken bones. That’s good. Tired of hitting the ground. I was just too eager being up front early, not having raced for a while.” CN
