Here is Our First Glimpse of The 2020 KTM 1290 Super Duke R

One of the bikes we can’t wait to see at the upcoming EICMA Show in Milan next week is the 2020 KTM 1290 Super Duke R, but it looks like KTM themselves have already beaten us to the punch by releasing this teaser video.
The video is shot in Almeria, Spain, and gives a proper insight into what the new bike is going to look like, aside from some obvious prototype features like the literally fire-breathing Akrapovic exhaust, and race spec gas cartridge forks and shock.
It still looks very much like a Super Duke, with that glorious 1301cc V-twin monster on full display. So don’t expect a totally revamped model, but more a continuation of what we got in 2017—which in itself is an absolute belter of a motorcycle.
It’s going to a good year for the Euro nakedbike contingent, with a new BMW S 1000 R and the already revealed Ducati Streetfighter V4 headed to our shores. Plus, Kawasaki also revealed the supercharged Z H2, last week, adding more fuel to the nakedbike fire.
