Johnny Campbell Racing (JCR) Honda’s Ricky Brabec returned to the Kenda/SRT AMA Hare & Hound National Championship and came away with a convincing win at the Jackrabbits National in Red Mountain, California, September 18. The 2014 H&H chap led from start to finish.

TRockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing’s Jacob Argubright gave it a valiant effort to catch him but came up short and had to settle for seoncd. Brabec leads Argubright 140-123 in the race for the championship with just one round left.
FMF KTM Factory Off-Road Racing Team’s Ivan Ramirez, the reigning series champion, enjoyed his best finish of the year with third. He’s recovering from injury.
Ryan Smith, on the Rick’s Custom Shutters and Blinds/1st Mortgage/MSR/Yamaha YZ450F, finished just eight seconds behind Ramirez at the checkered flag.
Bonanza Plumbing/FMF KTM support rider Gary Sutherlin came back from a bad start for fifth place followed by Purvines Racing Beta’s Axel Pearson, FMF Pro 250 winner Joe Wasson, Open A winner Sage Vincent, Rocky Mountain ATV-MC/Precision Concepts Yamaha’s Justin Morgan and FMF Pro 250 runner-up Jeff Trulove.
