Even if you’re not a fan of the big H-D, you’ve gotta admit, this one looks pretty sweet. This is the new Harley-Davidson Pro Street Breakout, a limited-edition machine to come from Milwaukee that throws its style back to the Harley drag racers of the ’70s and ’80s.
The Pro Street Breakout will cost you a very healthy $26,699 to put in your garage, but for those pennies you’ll get a machine powered by the Screamin’ Eagle Twin Cam 110B motor that Harley claims will deliver 112 lb-ft of torque at 3500 rpm. You also get a 43mm inverted forks, cruise control and H-D Smart Security System, black blunt-cut mufflers and new bodywork that separates this from the rest of the CVO line-up.
The color options are Starfire Black, Two-tone White Gold Pearl/Starfire Black, but our pick is the Starfire Black, mainly because it throws up a few racing memories here at Cycle News.
We’ll be on these bikes soon and will be bringing you the full report in upcoming issues of Cycle News.
