National Enduro: Texas Enduro Cancelled Due To Excessive Rain

Shan Moore | March 20, 2015

Due to an excessive amount of rain over the past week and with more in the forecast, the NEPG has been forced to cancel the North Texas National Enduro this Sunday.

The following is from the NEPG:

Heavy rains have caused flooding in local areas and after thunderstorms came through last night, the difficult decision has been made not to run the event.

The parking area is flooded and and some trails have become rivers.  We realize that this is a major inconvenience and additional cost to all of the riders, families, vendors, teams and club members.

We also have decided that is would be in everyone’s best interest if we do not try to interrupt other schedules by trying to find another date to reschedule the event so the 2015 championship would be reduced to 9 rounds.

Thank you for your understanding with this unfortunate circumstance and we will do our best to provide you with quality events in the future.
