It looks like FMF KTM’s Taylor Robert has to put his racing on hold for a while. It turns out that an injury he suffered back in December is more serious that first thought.

Robert injured his wrist while practicing but no major damage was found at the time, though the pain persisted. After further evaluation, doctors recently found a broken scaphoid bone in the wrist and he will now have to undergo surgery, which is scheduled for March 3.

This will force Robert to miss the last three rounds of the FIM SuperEnduro Series, as well as the first two rounds of the AMA EnduroCross Series, which gets underway on March 6.
