Motocross: Josh Grant To Miss Unadilla

Josh Grant is still recovering from a concussion he suffered at Washougal and will sit out tomorrow’s Unadilla National.

Toyota/Yamaha/JGRMX Team’s Josh Grant will be another rider who is going to skip tomorrow’s 10th round of the Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship at Unadilla (New York).

Grant, who suffered a concussion during practice at the Washougal, Washington, round on July 26, was recently advised by his doctor to rest one more week. As of now, Grant is expecting to compete at the following week’s National in Crawfordsville, Indiana, (August 16).

Justin Brayton and Phillip Nicoletti will be racing for the Toyota/Yamaha/JGRMX Team tomorrow at Unadilla.

Grant is currently sixth in the 450cc-class standings tied on points with BTO-Sports/KTM’s Andrew Short. Weston Peick is one point back and Eli Tomac is six points behind Grant and Short.
