In front of a Ducati home crowd and some factory top brass Nicolo Bulega (Aruba.It Racing – Ducati) and Iker Lecuona (Aruba.It Racing – Ducati) led home the First day field in the combined timesheets.

Next best rider, in third place, was Yari Montella (Barni Spark Racing Team) with Sam Lowes (ELF Marc VDS Racing Team Ducati) fourth overall.
The first rider to split the Ducati hordes was local runner, Axel Bassani (bimota by Kawasaki Racing Team) in fifth place – but behind him there was another V4-R ridden by Alberto Surra (Motocorsa Racing Ducati).
Alex Lowes (bimota by Kawasaki Racing Team) was seventh, ahead of Lorenzo Baldassarri (Team GoEleven Ducati) and Tarran Mackenzie (MGM Optical Express Racing). Xavi Vierge (Pata Maxus Yamaha).

Can Öncü (Pata Yamaha Ten Kate Racing) and championship leader Albert Arenas (AS Racing Yamaha) comprised a Yamaha 1-2 on top of the Superpole qualifying rankings, with both R9 riders stalked closely by Valentin Debise (ZXMOTO Factory Evan Bros Racing).

Philipp Öttl GER (Feel Racing WorldSSP Team Ducati) was top Ducati rider, in fourth place, with Matteo Ferrari (WRP Racing Ducati) fifth and recent race winner, Alessandro Zaccone (Ecosantagata Althea Racing Team) in sixth.
The third row of the Race One grid will be led away by Tom Booth-Amos (Triumph Factory Racing), with his team-mate Oli Bayliss (Triumph Factory Racing) eighth. Two more Ducati’s closed out the top ten, with Mattia Casadei (D34G WorldSSP Racing Team) ninth and Jaume Masia (Orelac Racing Verdnatura) tenth.
The top ten riders were covered by just 0.414 seconds.
A red flag incident, with over two minutes left to run, saw the session stopped – but then restarted, to allow all the riders another chance at setting one fast lap.

Friday WorldSBP
David Salvador (ProDina Kawasaki) secured his third successive Superpole win to take the best starting position for Race One at Misano. Filippo Bianchi (Team MMP Velocita) was second but also suffered a fast crash, although later declared fit to continue.

Matteo Vannucci (Revo-M2 Aprilia) was third, taking the last spot on the Race One front row.
Carter Thompson (Team BrCorse Yamaha) was top Yamaha rider, in fourth place, with Bruno Ieraci (CM Triumph Factory Racing) the best Triumph competitor on Friday, in fifth.
Jeffrey Buis (Track and Trades Wixx Racing Suzuki) placed sixth, making it five different manufacturers inside the top six places.
Elia Bartolini (CM Triumph Factory Racing) was seventh, Antonio Torres (ProDina Kawasaki) eighth, Fenton Seabright (PHR Performance Triumph) ninth and Jose Asuna (Deza-Box 77 Racing Team) tenth.

Paola Ramos (Klint Racing Team) held off the push of Maria Herrera (Terra & Vita GRT Yamaha WorldWCR to record the best Superpole Qualifying time at Misano. Beatriz Neila (Ampito Crescent Yamaha) added her presence to the front row of the grid, as she went just a fraction slower than Herrera.

Local rider Roberta Ponziani (Klint Racing Team) was fourth, while new rider at Misano, Josephine Bruno (Team Trasimeno) placed fifth. Karolina Danak (Prata Motorsport Yamaha) was sixth and Yvonne Cerpa (MotosCerpa-Gradara Corse) seventh.
Muklada Sarapuech (EEST NJT Racing) was eighth, Chloe Jones (Monster Energy Crescent) ninth and Justine Pedemonte (GMT94) tenth.
