“Sucks how much this sport can beat you down sometimes,” Adams wrote online. “I was starting to feel better in the mains, and at the start of the second race, a racing incident left me with multiple injuries pretty banged up from head to toe. I’m going to do my best to keep my head up, focus on moving forward, and trust God’s plan. I’ve got my eyes set on outdoors and on showing you all what I can do this summer. Thank you to everyone who has checked on me, and thank you to my team.”
