(October 2, 2026) — Walker enters the new season with momentum on his side following recent hard enduro outings during the summer. After securing the 2025 AMA EnduroCross title, he went on to finish runner-up in the 2026 FIM SuperEnduro World Championship, continuing to demonstrate his competitiveness in technical indoor enduro competition. With the TF 450-E proven at the highest level of indoor racing, Walker will look to build on last year’s success as he begins his title defense.

Jonny’s preparation for the 2026 campaign has taken place in the United States, where he has spent ample time at the Triumph Racing facility developing his bike setup ahead of the opening round. The reigning champion has just completed four positive weeks of training ahead of the season opener in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The 2026 AMA EnduroCross Championship will feature six rounds across four states, beginning at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas on October 3 before visiting Nampa, Idaho, and Everett, Washington. The championship will then head to Salt Lake City, Utah, before concluding with a double-header event at the Mountain America Center in Idaho Falls on November 13th and 14th. The back-to-back finale will mark the first time in EnduroCross history that the final two championship rounds have taken place on consecutive nights.

Jonny Walker: “I’m excited to get the season underway and to defend my EnduroCross championship! I’ve been out in America since TKO in August, so we’ve had four solid weeks of riding EnduroCross at the Triumph facility ahead of the first race this weekend. The bike’s feeling good, I’m feeling really good, and I think I’ve had much better preparation this year than I’ve had in the last three years coming into EnduroCross. Hopefully, that means I can hit the ground running, be stronger from the very first race, and put myself in a good position to fight for the title again.”

Paul Edmondson – Triumph Factory Racing Enduro Team Manager: “We’re certainly ready and looking forward to another season of EnduroCross in the US. Preparation with Jonny and his mechanic has been really positive, and we’ve made some important changes that have brought noticeable improvements across the board. The team has worked hard over the last few weeks, and we’re happy with the progress we’ve made both with the bike and our overall preparation. Now, we’re looking forward to heading to Vegas, getting the season underway, and defending the title we secured last year. It’s a short, competitive championship, so starting strongly will be important, and we’re excited to see what we can achieve.”
