The Flying Dutchmen Motorcycle Club was a Hotbed for Flat Track Racing
In this week’s Throwback we dial back the clock nearly 40 years and see Ben Machamer (11) and Dave Lesnick (46) leading the pack into a turn during the 250cc Amateur Final at the Flying Dutchmen Motorcycle Club Short Track in Pine Grove, Pennsylvania, in September of 1986. Machamer went on to win the race aboard his Yamaha over George Fultz (108). Mike Klopp (43) finished third.
