Viola, WI (May 16, 2025) – S&S Cycle is excited to announce the promotion of Charlie Hadayia to Executive VP-Business Development, effective April 14, 2025. Hadayia spent time at S&S from 1998-2010 before returning in June, 2024. His prior tenure at S&S, combined with vast industry experience and relationships acquired during his time away put him in a strong position to influence the future of S&S Cycle.
“Over the past year, S&S aggressively recruited many former employees influential in the prior success of the business and each one of those hires has been instrumental in strengthening our industry position,” said owner/director Brett Smith. “Charlie Hadayia was the first and most critical hire we made, and he quickly established himself as a leader among peers and a strong collaborator with the board and shareholders alike. I’ve had a longstanding personal and professional relationship with Charlie and I cannot think of another person more deserving of this recognition—the first time S&S has ever anointed someone with the title and responsibilities of Executive VP.”
In the role of Executive VP, Hadayia will work directly with board leadership in developing and executing strategy with broad responsibilities.
