Denver, CO (March 3, 2025) — REV’IT! Sports USA is proud to announce the 2025 Tailortech Experience, an exclusive collaboration with REV’IT! Tailortech, the renowned Italian atelier, specializing in custom racing leathers.
Designed for North American and Canadian riders, this unique initiative delivers an unmatched level of precision, performance, and personalization in custom race suit fitting.
The 2025 campaign offers three separate opportunities for riders to elevate their experience:
1) RTT Tour – Private Custom Fittings for Select Riders
The RTT Tour provides an exclusive opportunity for riders to experience the craftsmanship of REV’IT! TAILORTECH through an expert one-on-one fitting session.
Key Features:
- 23 precision measurements taken by hand for a race-ready fit.
- Full-body 3D scan capturing 250 data points for ultimate accuracy.
- Custom 3D avatar, ensuring the suit is tailored to exact specifications.

For riders with an eye for design, the REV’IT! TAILORTECH Design Contest offers the opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind, custom racing suit—and have it professionally crafted by REV’IT! TAILORTECH.

Submission Deadline: March 25, 2025.
Judging: REV’IT! MotoGP riders will select the winning design at MotoGP COTA on March 29, 2025.
Prizes:
- 1st Place: A custom REV’IT! TAILORTECH X_201 race suit featuring the winning design ($2,399 USD value).
