The opening round of the Fox Australian Supercross Championship was held in Adelaide, South Australia, October 8, and Dean Wilson (Froth Honda Racing) and Max Anstie (Boost Mobile Honda Racing) came away with the SX1- and SX2-class wins, respectively.

The SX1 main saw Matt Moss (Empire Kawasaki) jump into the early lead, but it wouldn’t last long.
Wilson wasted little time moving to the front and once there, he never looked back. Moss stayed close for a short time before falling and giving way to five-time AUSX Champion Justin Brayton.
Brayton went on to finish second ahead of Moss, Josh Hill (CDR Monster Energy Yamaha) and his teammate Luke Clout.

Defending SX2 Australian Champion Anstie led from start to finish in the SX2 main. Robbie Wageman (WBR Yamaha), who was competing in Australia for the first time, took second, and Australian Wilson Todd (Honda) was third. CN
