6D Helmets has released its 2023 powersports collection, with new graphics and colors for its off-road and street helmets.
All of the helmets in 6D’s lineup feature the company’s signature Omni-Directional Suspension system (ODS), an advanced brain-protection and impact-management system.
ODS utilizes two liners connected by elastomeric isolation dampers that allow the inner EPS liner to move independently from the outer EPP foam layer, which mitigates rotational forces to the brain.
Due to this unique design, the inner EPS liner of a crashed 6D helmet can be rebuilt as long as the external shell is still viable.

“We’re excited to see this collection arrive as we head into the 2023 riding season,” said Dale Davis, 6D’s lead graphic designer. “This collection will provide riders more choices than we have ever offered before, allowing them to select the perfect helmet to match their style.”
The 6D lineup includes the ATR-1 (off-road), ATR-2 (off-road), ATR-2Y (youth) and ATS-1R (street) Here’s a look at the 30 different choices within those categories that 6D now offers:
