Day one saw Broc Hepler on his XC Gear/ Enduro Engineering-backed Husqvarna take the day win by nearly one minute from the Pro class. Followed up by the top three LOI riders Jaden Dahners on his Yamaha and Nathan Rector on his MPS KTM. Halls Cycle GasGas rider Tyler Vore was third LOI rider in fourth overall.
Day two, Hepler won the first cross-test section of the day before unfortunately crashing out of the first enduro test, unable to go on. Vore turned up the heat and put in some of the most consistent times all day long. Other than a crash on his second enduro test, all test times throughout day two were within one second of each other. Not only was Vore consistent, but he was also consistently fast, taking the day-two win and the overall for the weekend.
Dahners was able to be consistent by finishing second place overall both days to finish second overall for the weekend.
Travis Reynaud came on strong on day two to secure a third overall finish for the weekend.
“This was the best ISDE Qualifier I’ve ever ridden,” said Vore. “Woods turned out good, the layout was fun and a good mix of fast and tight. The cross test was the closest test I’ve ever ridden compared to an ISDE special test. I am so excited to represent USA in France later this year for my fourth ISDE.”
The final standings for the East Coast Qualifiers: Tanner Whipple, Tyler Vore, Travis Reynaud, Jaden Dahners, Hunter Smith, Nathan Rector, and Chase Bright.
