This is a press release from Moose Racing…
It’s a new year with a new season of motocross and the Monster Energy Supercross Series in particular. Over the years, Moose Racing has had a presence in the popular series, and 2020 is no exception.
For the third season, Moose Racing is proud to sponsor the Rock River Yamaha Racing Team who will have two riders in the 2020 Supercross season. On the 450 circuit, Benny Bloss will be wearing Moose racewear. After missing all of 2019 due to an ACL injury prior to the start of the season, Bloss is looking for a comeback season. This is a sort of a reunion for Bloss and Rock River Yamaha, as he was one of the original riders for the team. In the 250 East series, Rock River Racing Team owner Mike DuClos’ son Jameson will be fighting for podiums in 2020.
The Phoenix Honda Racing Team and Moose Racing joined forces in 2019 in the GNCC, and we have expanded that relationship to include the 2020 Supercross season. First up for the team is Jace Owen, the Illinois native is somewhat of a newcomer to the series having run only two SX races in 2019, however he did capture the 250 Pro and Open Pro Championships in the 2019 Arenacross Series. Along with Owen, teammate Kyle Peters will be looking to improve on a 2019 season that saw him finish 8th overall in the 250SX East Series. Both Owen and Peters should be consistent Top 10 racers each week with potential to hit the podium at any race.
