Honda CBR1000RR Teaser In The House?
Rennie Scaysbrook | September 21, 2016
Unless Honda is planning to introduce a new CBR600RR (they’re not…) these are the first tire shredding sounds of the new 2017 Honda CBR1000RR.
There’s very little to tell from this clip except for the squealing four-cylinder engine and the fact that, like the Yamaha video featured last week, this bike is being thrashed around a U.S. racetrack, namely Thunderhill in Northern California.
Honda’s had the odd spy photos leaked here and there of its new master blaster, but nothing official will be shown until October 4 at Intermot in Cologne, Germany.
Hopefully, this time around, American Honda will christen the CBR1000RR as the Fireblade, the model’s rightful name it has used throughout pretty much the rest of the world since its 1992 birth.
Until then, enjoy the screaming…
