Round 15 of the 2015 AMA Pro Flat Track schedule, the Calistoga Half-Mile, has been moved back one week to September 26, promoters Dirt Track Unlimited and Motorsport Ventures announced today.

The change of date has been implemented due to conflicting events happening in the area on the original date, with promoters keen to see the maximum number of spectators trackside for the half mile. The event will still be the penultimate round of the 2015 season with championships most likely still up for grabs.

“We’re happy to be returning to Calistoga Speedway and the beautiful Napa County Fairgrounds,” said Michael Gentry, Chief Operating Officer of AMA Pro Racing. “The date change should ensure the best possible turnout for the race, and we’re ready to put on a great show.”

Brad Baker (pictured) took his only checkered flag of season 2014 at Calistoga in the GNC1 category on his factory Harley-Davidson, a result he’ll be keen to repeat in 2015. Head to http://www.calistogahalfmile.com/ if you’re keen to see the action.

Round three of the 2015 AMA Pro Flat Track season continues at the world famous Springfield Mile on May 24 and you can watch every round live, in HD and free at www.FansChoice.tv
