News from the Kevin Atherton family is that Grand National #23 is still on the long road to recovery.He is making some progress forward and continues to recover from the serious head injury sustained in the Daytona Shorttrack, back in March. Plans for a future return to Grand National Championship racing are still uncertain at this time.
The Atherton family would like to send out there sincere appreciation to all the friends, sponsors and fans for there support and prayers the past 5 months. We will continue to update you with Kevin’s future plans when he fully recovers and decides what direction he will take.
