Lange Perfect in Hampton

| November 22, 2004

Team Green/Richmond Racing Kawasaki’s Darcy Lange was the big winner at round four of the National Arenacross Series in Hampton, New York, November 19-20. The defending series champion won every main event over the course of the weekend, and he also won both Dash For Cash races. The four wins give Lange a total of 12 victories thus far and a healthy points lead.

On Friday night, Lange won the 125cc main event ahead of Team FBC Honda rider Shane Bess, his first podium of year, and Shogun Yamaha’s Josh Demuth. In the 250cc main event, Lange took the checkered flag ahead of Demuth and Shogun’s Chad Johnson, respectively. The finishing order was the same in the Dash For Cash.

The next night it was pretty much a repeat for Lange. The Kawasaki rider took the win in the 125cc main, followed by Team TUF Honda rider Branden Jesseman in second and Demuth again in third. In the 250cc main, Lange was followed across the finish line by his teammate Jeff Northrop and Demuth.

The Dash For Cash race was an all-green affair, as the entire Team Green/Richmond Racing Kawasaki team found its way on to the podium. Lange took most of the loot, followed by Kawasaki rider Evan Laughridge and Northrop.
