Missouri National Hare Scrambles

One week after pulling out of the combined National HS/GNCC round in Tennessee, Australian Shane Watts rebounded by winning round four of the AMA National Championship Hare Scrambles Series in Kahoka, Missouri, yesterday. The KTM rider bested last week’s winner and current points leader Fred Andrews in the Midwest Motosport-promoted event, and sits second to the Kawasaki Team Green rider in the points standings, 71-69.

Climbing to the final podium spot was Ohio rider Chuck Woodford on a Kawasaki, and he was followed by Suzuki rider Blair Bersano and KTM-mounted Garrahan brothers Brian and Patrick.

The riders now get a bit of a break, as the next round isn’t scheduled until July 1 in Elkton, Oregon.
