The founder of AXP Racing, Pierre Dugardin, is stepping down as CEO, and handing over the role to Aurelien Szulek, who will also be supported by Xavier Dugardin (head of R&D and marketing) and Lukas Paluka (production director),  both of whom are shareholders in the company.

AXP Racing, a French company specializing in the design and manufacture of protective gear for off-road motorcycles, is taking a new step in its development. Founded 25 years ago by Pierre and Jeanine Dugardin, the company today announces a major change in its governance.

Pierre Dugardin has decided to hand over the reins to Aurélien Szulek, who represents a new generation at the helm of AXP Racing, bringing with him an ambitious vision and boundless energy. He will be supported by a management committee that has been involved in the company for many years: Xavier Dugardin, Head of R&D and Marketing, and Lukas Paluka, Production Director. Both are also shareholders, ensuring the continuity of the company’s values, strategy, and long-term commitment.

Pierre Dugardin, the company’s founder, is gradually stepping back from operational duties while retaining an active stake in the company’s capital. This transition reflects the desire to consolidate past achievements, strengthen AXP Racing’s position in its markets, and continue designing even more efficient and innovative products.
