Pierre Dugardin has decided to hand over the reins to Aurélien Szulek, who represents a new generation at the helm of AXP Racing, bringing with him an ambitious vision and boundless energy. He will be supported by a management committee that has been involved in the company for many years: Xavier Dugardin, Head of R&D and Marketing, and Lukas Paluka, Production Director. Pierre Dugardin, the company’s founder, is gradually stepping back from operational duties while retaining an active stake in the company’s capital.
