American fan-favorite Phil Nicoletti recently won the 2025 450cc Canadian National Pro Championship, a first for him and the WLTN Kawasaki team that he rides for. Nicoletti put in a calculated ride at the series finale to protect his slim points lead and sealed the deal on Canadian motocross’ biggest stage.

“It’s hard to describe what this means to me,” said Nicoletti. “I’ve had a long career, and this is a hard championship to win. I’m happy for this entire team. We’re not the biggest operation out here, but we grew so tight down the stretch and got this done together. I’m so proud.”
The combined effort between Nicoletti, Dylan Walsh, and rookie Bobby Gravel pushed WLTN Kawasaki to third overall in the 2025 Constructors Championship.
“This is a dream come true for our whole crew,” said Melody Hodgson of WLTN Kawasaki. “To win a National Championship here at home, in front of our fans, friends, and family, it’s a moment we’ll never forget. Our team fought hard all year, and this proves what we can do.” CN
