Krämer Motorcycles HQ Accelerates Growth with New COO, Super Duke Race Kit Launch, and Stronger U.S. Strategy

Burghausen, Germany (July 17, 2025) — Krämer Motorcycles is entering a bold new chapter of performance, leadership, and market alignment. As the brand continues to expand globally, the team at Krämer HQ is reinforcing its foundation with major investments — both in operational precision and customer-focused innovation.

Leadership Expansion at HQ

At the core of this evolution is the appointment of Michael Lueg as Chief Operating Officer. With a strong background in supply chain logistics and performance manufacturing, Lueg brings a strategic mindset and technical discipline that will elevate Krämer’s global operations.

“This isn’t just about scaling — it’s about refining how we work at every level,” said Lueg. “From warehouse to racetrack, we’re building smarter systems that support the future of Krämer performance.”

A Unified Approach to the U.S. Market

The United States remains a critical focus for Krämer’s long-term growth. Following KTM’s financial troubles in late 2024, Krämer HQ anticipated the transition and began working closely with Krämer USA to ensure continued support and momentum.

“Joe Karvonen [Joe Karvonen, the head of Krämer Motorcycles USA] and the Krämer USA team have built strong relationships with American customers and dealers,” said Markus Krämer, Founder and CEO. “Krämer HQ is stepping up with deeper resources, improved logistics, and tighter coordination to reinforce and support Joe and his team.”

This unified strategy ensures that local expertise in the U.S. is now backed by stronger infrastructure in Germany—leading to faster parts availability, better service, and more consistent support across the board.

KRAMER S DUKE KIT update 2 FINAL

Super Duke Race Kit

In a bold step to expand its reach while staying true to its racing roots, Krämer is launching its Super Duke Race Kit — a purpose-built track conversion kit that transforms KTM Super Duke 1290 and 1390 platforms into full race machines.

“We’ve always built bikes with a pure racing soul,” said Markus Krämer. “The Race Kit brings that DNA to a wider audience — giving riders a new way to experience true track performance without compromise.”

The kits offer an elite combination of Krämer-engineered components, delivering performance and precision honed on the racetrack. Initial demand across Europe has been strong, and interest from U.S. riders is accelerating.

The Exklusiv customer is guided through the whole process by the headquarters of Krämer Motorcycles.

Racing Roots, Global Momentum

Production of Krämer’s 2026 model year lineup is underway at the Burghausen factory, alongside expansion of the Krämer Exklusiv and Super Duke Race Kit programs. Meanwhile, the brand continues to invest in racing at all levels—including the U.S.-based MotoAmerica Talent Cup, which has launched with strong results.

Backed by MotoAmerica and Dorna, the Talent Cup gives young riders a meaningful path into global competition—and solidifies Krämer’s place in the international racing ecosystem.

“We’re proud of what we’ve built—and even more excited for what’s ahead,” said Markus Krämer. “With the right people, programs, and partnerships, this next chapter will be our strongest yet.”
