Aussie Brady Kurtz recorded his first career SpeedwayGP victory when he topped the final at the SpeedwayGP of Poland in Gorzow, June 21. The race was the sixth round of the season.
The final was full of excitement. Kurtz had the best start and kept the lead throughout. At first, crowd favorite Bartosz Zmarzlik was in third place, but he managed to pass Dan Bewley and then chased the Australian, although he ultimately couldn’t overtake him.
At the end, it was Kurtz topping the final ahead of Zmarzlik, Bewley and Fredrik Lindgren.

In the overall standings, Kurtz recorded 20 points, while Zmarzlik recorded 18 points. Bewley finished the event with 16 points.
Zmarzlik remains the leader of the Speedway Grand Prix Championship with an 11-point advantage over Kurtz. In third place, 15 points behind Kurtz, is Lindgren. Another six points behind is Bewley. CN
