2025 Wiseco World Two-Stroke Championships Results

Nearly 1000 entries flooded the hills of Glen Helen for the 2025 Wiseco World Two-Stroke Championship, hosted by Fasthouse, April 19-20. Midweek rains soaked the track, and the sweet sounds of two-strokes filled the air while the smell of premix lingered on a new course layout. Fans were treated to stacked classes and close racing, which ultimately saw Dante Oliveira claim the day’s overall win in the Open Pro division.

Off-road ace Oliveira entered a factory KTM 300 SX, but he was outgunned in the opening moto. Instead, current SuperMotocross pro Derek Drake ran away with the win in race one. Drake, racing aboard a BarX Yamaha YZ250, grabbed the holeshot and proceeded to gap the field by more than 10 seconds on the lengthy National track. He led every lap of moto one and easily claimed the win. Carson Brown finished second on his custom Suzuki RM300 with Oliveira in third.

Race two looked like a carbon copy, as Drake again found himself up front and running away with the lead. After leading the first six laps and stretching his lead to 10 seconds, Drake’s bike let go with a mechanical failure and forced him out of the race. A 1-34 result dropped him to 16th overall. This now meant the battle was on for the lead as Oliveira and fellow off-roader Dare DeMartile found themselves at the front of the field. Oliveira went on to take the checkers, using 3-1 finishes to claim the overall win. DeMartile finished second in moto two, followed by his Beta teammate, Bryson Gardener. DeMartile’s 4-2 result earned him second overall, with Carson Brown’s 2-4 score slotting him into third overall for the day.

“Two terrible starts in both motos, but I got to work through the pack and made some battles,” Oliveira said. “I got a little gift there in the second one. Derek Drake was riding awesome in both motos. That [Drake’s mechanical] put me in the right spot to take the lead. But, yeah, what an awesome day.”

Josh Mosiman at 2025 World Two-Stroke Championships — **Motocross Action’s Josh Mosiman earned the big payout in the 125 Pro class.**

The other pro classes were also action-packed, like the Pasha Racing 125cc Pro division, which saw a hefty cash payout. Motocross Action’s Josh Mosiman started back in fifth but passed his way into the lead during the first 125 Pro moto and beat KTM’s Ryan Morais by more than five seconds. Mosiman bounced back with a better start in race two and led most of the moto before ultimately finishing second to Brandon Ray. Still, Mosiman’s 1-2 earned him the overall win and the $2500 payday ahead of Morais’ 2-3 and Kai Aiello’s 5-4.
