2024 Philadelphia Supercross Round 15 Results

Ryan Nitzen | April 27, 2024

We are live from Philly for round 15 of the 2024 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Series. This is the first time the championship has been to The City of Brotherly Love since the 1980’s and the points are still closer than expected this late in the season.

Jett Lawrence claimed his second win in a row to extend his points lead, while Max Anstie struck hot in the 250SX division.

Jett Lawrence grabbed the holeshot despite a bad gate pick after crashing in the heat race. The Honda rider, and current points leader led the race for its entirety and earned his second consecutive win late in the season. With the victory he further extends his points leader over rival Cooper Webb.

Chase Sexton landed second after crashing out of last week’s main event. The KTM racer worked his up from outside the top five and passed both Yamaha’s of Eli Tomac and Cooper Webb. Sexton was the fastest rider on track but was unable to close the gap to Lawrence.

Chase Sexton finished a strong second, a nice rebound after a DNF in Nashville.
Jason Anderson crossed the line third after an exciting last-lap pass. He won his heat race earlier in the night and used creative lines in the sand to make his way into podium territory. An aggressive pass in the final turn saw Anderson bump Cooper Webb to the ground for the last spot on the box. This moved Webb to fourth just ahead of his teammate Tomac.

Max Anstie won his first main event of the year.

With Anstie up front, he held on for his first main event win of the 2024 campaign. This is definitely a rebound for the British veteran who’s struggled during the midpoint of the season after leading the championship earlier this year.

Points leader, Vialle, finished ahead of his title rival Deegan.

Hammaker rode second for the second half of the race before a charging Jalek Swoll collided with him as they pushed for podium positions. The two went down and later finished seventh and eighth.

Haiden Deegan finished on the box in third.

The points leader Tom Vialle finished second after a chaotic main event. He and Haiden Deegan suffered poor starts but moved through the pack together en route to podium finishes. They stalked Pierce Brown who ended up crashing spectacularly over the finish line with just one lap to go. This allowed Deegan to move into third behind Vialle but he was unable to make a pass on the points leader for second.
