A fundraising event to help create the future International Motocross Museum will take place on Saturday, October 2nd in Chicago, Illinois, and you can attend to see some amazing motorcycles and the championship-winning riders that raced many of them.
For the last 44 years, Terry Good has searched the earth for memorabilia and the actual motorcycles ridden to championships by the best motocross riders of their era. Terry has acquired enough artifacts to fill a 100,000 square foot building. Most of the more than 120 bikes collected can be viewed at

The goal of the International Motocross Museum is to create a permanent space for this collection of one-of-a-kind bikes and artifacts and preserve the history and heritage of the sport of motocross.
The lead celebrities are Roger DeCoster and Bob Hannah but past National and World Champions are flying in from all over the US and the world. Many motocross and industry royalty have announced they will attend. You never know which champion or industry mogul you may run into at the banquet!
Each guest will be given a large, specially printed magazine with stories, pictures and motocross history. There will be space for autographs on each rider’s page. The International Motocross Museum is supported by all the major Original Equipment Manufacturers and vendors in the industry and they will all have representatives there.
It promises to be a wonderful afternoon followed by a multi-course dinner and a Q&A stage show where the champions and their bikes will be displayed. There will be testimonies and stories from the riders, film and much more – all in the name of providing a wonderful experience with the champions for the ticket holders.
Two of the original riders are missing from the list. The world has recently lost Joel Robert and Marty Smith, both incredible champions. IMM is planning a Memorial table for each of them, hosted by a close friend of Joel or Marty. If you want to join either of these tables, call Terry Good directly, 708-951-7162.
The VIP table bidding is closed, but a few deluxe tickets remain. Go to the International Motocross Museum website to get all the information about the event.
