The SoCal Vintage MX Classic 7 presented by 100% is coming to Glen Helen Raceway on Saturday, June 4, 2016.
Come join us for a great day of racing and fun on Glen Helen’s Main Track. There are classes for all riders and bikes:
The track layout will be a safe, Vet-Vintage-friendly course, which will suit any caliber of rider.
EVENT FEATURES
• MX LEGENDS – Come hang out and race with former MX Legends and current pros.
• VINTAGE MX BIKE SHOW – Bring out your vintage MX bikes to display, as we will be having a Vintage MX Bike Show. Please let us know if you would like to bring one out. Awards for all participants.
• CLASSES – Vintage, Post-Vintage, 2-Stroke, Mini, Women’s and Modern bike classes. We will also feature the “Marty Tripes 100cc Works Revenge” and a special tribute race, The “FAST EDDY GP” in memory for our old friend Eddy Pierre Jerome, who we lost in 2014 and Brian Tracy who left us this year. In addition, we also have the fun “2 X 4” class (any air-cooled 4-stroke 230cc under) which is always a blast to ride.
• TEAM RACING – Back for 2016, is the two-rider team race. Each rider will ride his own bike then switch their wristband at a designated point. Sign up on race day for this (no pre-entry)
• The DUNLOP DASH – New for 2016, we have added the DUNLOP DASH, a special class for all 18-inch rear wheel 1995 and older bikes. Win yourself a fresh new Dunlop tire!
• SOCAL CZ CHALLENGE – A class for the ever popular CZ machines, any size, any year. CZs ONLY! Sponsored by CR High Performance.
• EVENT TEES – SoCal event shirts will be available by pre-order only (designs will be up on the FB page a few weeks before the event.
• CUSTOM MEDALS – Custom medals will be awarded for all classes.
• POST-RACE BBQ & PIT PARTY – Post Race BBQ and pit party following the days racing.
• CAMPING – Friday & Saturday ($10 per day) *We encourage everyone to camp out and have a good time!
