Rockstar Energy Husqvarna’s Cristophe Pourcel sneaked past RCH Racing’s Ken Roczen on the final lap of the AMA Pro Motocross 450 practice to take pole position with a 1:48.446. In third was series points-leader Ryan Dungey on the Red Bull KTM.
Dungey’s 250-class counterpart Marvin Musquin topped the timesheets ahead of points leader and defending champion—Yamalube Star Racing Yamaha’s Jeremy Martin. Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s Adam Cianciarulo was third.
