We were fairly sure it was going to happen, but it was just a matter of when—turns out we didn’t have to wait long. It took Ryan Villopoto just two races into the 2015 MXGP season for the American to win his first GP, which was carried out at the Grand Prix of Thailand. His reward? The cover of Cycle News, of course.
