Cycle News Staff | August 13, 2010
Gas Gas has unveiled its first off-road models of 2011 – the EC 250 and 300 two-strokes, the Spanish company’s two best-selling “enduro” models. The bikes returns to its “roots” when it comes to color, as they now feature red frames and red gas tanks.
The 2011 GasGas enduro bikes now come stock with Metzler tires, FMF Q-series muffler, re-valved 48mm Sachs fork, a thermostat, along with a 1.8 radiator cap (gone is the 1.2 cap and coolant expansion tank), “grip finish” on all side graphics, a new front fender, a new headlight, new graphics, engine-specific (200cc/250cc/300cc) power-valve actuator assemblies, and a two-stroke e-start model that will officially roll off the assembly line sometime in September.
