Ahead of the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, Prima Pramac Yamaha MotoGP Team visited the BWT Alpine Formula One Team headquarters in Enstone during Formula One’s mandatory summer shutdown, taking the opportunity to strengthen the relationship between the two Alpine-sponsored teams while sharing knowledge and passion for top-level motorsport.

This is a press release from Prima Pramac Yamaha MotoGP…
With BWT Alpine Formula One Team on its mandatory summer shutdown, the mandatory 14-day consecutive period where no car development work can take place, Prima Pramac Yamaha MotoGP Team paid a visit to Enstone with riders Jack Miller and Toprak Razgatlıoğlu ahead of this weekend’s British Grand Prix at Silverstone. Together with the team’s engineers and mechanics, the riders were welcomed for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of one of motorsport’s most iconic facilities.

The visit offered the opportunity to explore Alpine’s state-of-the-art facilities, discover more about the team’s rich Formula One heritage, and exchange experiences between two organizations competing at the highest level of international motorsport. Moto2 riders Izan Guevara and Alberto Ferrandez also joined the visit, highlighting the close relationship between the two Alpine-sponsored racing projects.
For Prima Pramac Yamaha MotoGP Team, the visit represented a valuable opportunity to further strengthen its relationship with Alpine while gaining insight into the working methods of a Formula One organization. Despite competing in different disciplines, Formula One and MotoGP share the same relentless pursuit of performance, innovation and excellence, making the exchange particularly meaningful.

With the summer break now over, Prima Pramac Yamaha MotoGP Team heads to Silverstone ready to begin the second half of the MotoGP season, looking to build on the encouraging progress shown before the holidays.
Paolo Campinoti | Board of Directors’ Chairman, Pramac Racing Limited
I’d like to sincerely thank Flavio and everyone at BWT Alpine Formula One Team for welcoming us to Enstone. It was a privilege for our riders, engineers and staff to visit such an iconic facility and experience firsthand the passion, organization and attention to detail that have made this team so successful over the years. Even though Formula One and MotoGP are different disciplines, we share the same commitment to innovation and performance, and there is always something valuable to learn from each other. It was a fantastic experience for the whole team, and now our full focus turns to Silverstone and the second half of our MotoGP season.

Flavio Briatore | Executive Advisor, BWT Alpine Formula One Team
We took the unique opportunity to host Prima Pramac Yamaha MotoGP Team at Enstone on Thursday as they race in Silverstone this weekend. After all, Formula One and MotoGP have a likeness and now the same owner in Liberty Media so it‘s a great moment to show one another our worlds. I am a great friend of Paolo [Campinoti], team owner of Pramac, and I wish him, his team and his riders the very best at Silverstone this weekend.
