The Isle of Man TT has confirmed that British rider Daniel Ingham died following an incident during qualifying on Tuesday. Ingham was 33 years old.
The accident occurred at Doran’s Bend on the opening lap of the third qualifying session on the Isle of Man’s Mountain Course.
Originally from Melton Mowbray, Ingham first competed on the Mountain Course in 2016 during the Manx Grand Prix before progressing to the TT. Over a decade of competition, he recorded several podium finishes in road racing competition, highlighted by victory in the 2024 Senior Manx Grand Prix.
TT organizers and Cycle News extended condolences to Ingham’s wife, Helayna, and children Joey and Phoebe, along with his family and friends.
