(January 8, 2026) — Following the success of last year’s auction, Mecum has generously offered Back on Track another opportunity for the sale of a special 1974 BSA B50 to support the important work of Back on Track.

The 1974 BSA B50, built by Dick Mann Specialties/DMS, was originally built for and owned by Bruce Brown, director/producer of On Any Sunday and Endless Summer.

This is a complete restoration with the goal to replicate Dick Mann’s original work and as ridden by Bruce Brown. The engine has been rebuilt with numerous new components. The new paint replicates the original color scheme and pinstripe design by Dick Mann.

Approximately 30 of these BSA B50 frames were built by Dick Mann in the early ’70s. The sale includes letters of authenticity and documentation of the restoration process.
