In this week’s Throwback, we go back 25 years in history to Anaheim I, the opening round of the 2000 AMA EA Sports Supercross Series. That night it was Jeremy McGrath (center) racing his Mazda/Chaparral Yamaha to victory over the Hondas of Mike LaRocco (left) and Kevin Windham (right). McGrath went on to win 10 rounds and ultimately the AMA Supercross Championship for the seventh and final time. This Saturday the Monster Energy Supercross Series once again kicks off at Angel Stadium in Anaheim.
