Dainese’s new Smart Air wearable airbag system is an upgrade from its predecessor, the Dainese Smart Jacket, and features the new D-Air triple-activation airbag—which doesn’t need replacing until after three deployments—and the replaceable gas generator, which deploys the airbag in 45 milliseconds.
Worn over or under any outfit and suitable for road use and light off-roading, it has Level 2-certified chest and back protection. Its rechargeable battery can last up to 12 hours of riding, and the Smart Air has proprietary internal microfilaments that, when the system activates, control air to create a hardlink shield to protect vital organs. MSRP is listed at $699 and it is available now.

- Sizing: XS/S-X/2X
