The provisional 2025 FIM MotoGP World Championship calendar has been published by the FIM, with 22 Grands Prix in 18 countries set to take place.
After preseason testing at Sepang and Buriram wraps up, the MotoGP series kicks off in Southeast Asia for the first time in 25 years with the Thai Grand Prix from February 28 to March 2.
North and South America each get a round, with Termas de Rio Hondo in Argentina first on March 14-16, followed two weeks later (March 28-30) in Texas with Austin’s Circuit of the Americas.
Next up, it’s Lusail International Circuit in Qatar April 11-13, then the European stint begins in Spain at Jerez (April 25-27) followed by the French GP at Le Mans (May 9-11), the British GP at Silverstone (May 23-25) and the Aragon GP two weeks later (June 6-8).
Mugello is next (June 20-22) and a special 100th anniversary event is a week later in The Netherlands at Assen, June 27-29.
July has Sachsenring in Germany on the 11th to 13th, prefacing MotoGP’s return to Brno in Czechia on the 18th to 20th.
The pair of August rounds (15-17 and 22-24) includes a return to Austria’s Red Bull Ring and the debut of Balaton Park in Hungary the following weekend.
Catalunya on September 5-7 and San Marino on September 12-14 close out the action in Europe.
From there, MotoGP heads back to Asia with round 17 on September 26-28 at Motegi in Japan, and Pertamina Mandalika International Circuit in Lombok, Indonesia, October 3-5.
In mid-October from the 17th to 19th, GP heads Down Under to Phillip Island and turns around October 24-26 for round 20 at Sepang in Malaysia.
The final two stops are back to Europe, with the Portuguese GP at Portimao (November 7-9) and round 22, the classic curtain closer, at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia, November 14-16.
