Cycle News Magazine 2019 Issue 39
Cycle News Staff | September 30, 2019
This week’s issue of Cycle News magazine features our first ride review of the 2020 Yamaha YZF-R1 and YZF-R1M. We traveled to Spain and the Jerez Circuit where we put both bikes through the ringer with Shelina Moreda in the saddle. You can read about what she thought of the latest Yamaha R1s. The 73rd Motocross of Nations ran its course at the TT Circuit in Assen, where the home team came away with the victory. It was the first time ever that Team Netherlands returned with the Chamberlain Trophy, and they didn’t have to drive far. For Team USA, it’s time to start thinking supercross. We have full coverage from the MXoN. We also covered the final round of the 2019 AFT Championship, the Meadowlands Mile. Jared Mees didn’t win the championship this year, but he did finish off the year with a victory, perhaps saying to everyone that he’ll be back next year. We also get you caught up with racing from around the world, including GNCC, World Enduro, WorldSBK, National Hare & Hound, and just about everything else in between. You will find all this and a lot more motorcycle events, news and commentary in this week’s issue. Open Cycle News Magazine 2019 Issue 39 here.
