Irvine, CA (October 10, 2017) – Round four of the 2017 AMA EnduroCross Championship will be held inside the XFINITY Arena this Saturday, October 14. FMF KTM’s Cody Webb holds a small gap in the points over Rockstar Husqvarna’s Colton Haaker. The two best indoor off-road racers in the world are locked into another fierce championship battle and the wet, soft dirt in the Pacific Northwest has proven to be pivotal in the past.

Although Webb and Haaker are tough to beat, there is a strong field of riders fighting to earn the podium spots for themselves. You have the youngsters that include Canada’s Trystan Hart, Nevada’s Ty Tremaine and Southern California’s Noah Kepple that are still improving. And then you have veterans such as Kyle Redmond, Geoff Aaron, Max Gerston and Cory Graffunder that are not ready to give up their spots at the front. So there is endless action throughout the field. Don’t miss it.
The Pacific Northwest fans have always packed the XFINITY Arena and the local businesses are equally enthusiastic. Cycle Barn, the premier motorsports store in Washington, has signed on as the title sponsor. Pape Rents and Pape Machinery, another local company will also be heavily involved and is providing the equipment to create the awesome track. Skagit Powersports, another local shop will be selling tickets and have a display at the event.
EnduroCross includes a class for everyone with the Amateur, Vet, TrialsCross, Women’s and Super EnduroCross (Pro) classes. And for 2017, there is an Amateur B Main, which allows more riders to make it into the night show. So if you want to give it a shot yourself, now is the time to sign up.
The Everett EnduroCross will also include one of the Friday night Destry Abbott, DA8 training sessions on the track. The two-hour EnduroCross training session is very hands on with several of the top pro riders assisting Destry in providing instruction on how to tackle the obstacles. The session is open to all riders (even those not competing at the Everett event). For the $100 entry fee, you will learn how tackle the difficult obstacles found on tough trails and EnduroCross tracks.
