Topar Racing Shows Off Its Accessories at KTM Adventure Rider Rally.
The 2017 KTM Adventure Rider Rally was held in Crested Butte, Colorado for the second time in three years. With nearly 500 attendees including a massive staff of KTM event planners, celebrity riders, world-class racers and helpful technicians, it was a popular destination, to say the least. On top of that, nearly 30 vendors from the Adventure Motorcycling industry showcased their latest adventure-motorcycle gear and services.
We had a quick chat with Topar Racing’s Tony Paradisa inside their booth at the KTM Adventure Rider Rally to see why they made the trip, what kind of cool new stuff they have and what they think the KTM Adventure Rider Rally is all about.
What product is drawing the most interest from the attendees at the KTM Rally?
Tony Paradisa: This is the first event for me, but we’re pretty well-rounded and cater to the KTM line. And since I bought a 990, we built a lot of new parts for the bikes and we’ve sold a bunch of them because they look good and they are functional. They just make the bike look that much better.
Most of our lower-protection pieces, like the front rotor guards and the rear shark fins, seem like they’re the most popular here.
Why should riders consider attending the KTM Adventure Rider Rally?
Tony Paradisa: I love bikes. And for anyone who loves bikes, this is a really good event. KTM is making a big push on keeping the industry alive and well here in the United States by having events like this that bring riders together. I’d love to see the other companies do it but it doesn’t seem like they’re doing these things as much. I would say I’d be back, for sure and I’ll definitely be bringing my riding gear and riding a lot.CN
