MILLVILLE, NJ (Sept. 15, 2013) – Cameron Beaubier secured the championship yesterday, so today was all about going out and running his best with no cares. It resulted in a decisive 7.693-second victory over Yamaha Extended Service/Monster Energy Yamaha teammate Garrett Gerloff. Bobby Fong came home a lonely third.

It was a bad race to run second. First Jake Lewis crashed out of second and then a few laps later Jake Gagne did the same thing, both just seconds after being passed by Beaubier.

For Beaubier it marked his 11th win of the season. “I struggled on the restart,” he said. “but I made my way through the pack and then put my head down.”

There was a great battle for fourth and it was Benny Solis nipping Jason DiSalvo at the flag. It marked the best finish of the season for Solis.
