Red Bull KTM’s Mani Lettenbichler takes fifth consecutive Red Bull Erzbergrodeo win to join Taddy Blazusiak and Graham Jarvis as the only five-time winners of the iconic event that celebrated its thirtieth running on June 7th. Lettenbichler dominated the 2026 Red Bull Erzbergrodeo despite a few crashes during the event. It took the German three hours and five minutes to complete the course and he was one of just fifteen riders that finished in the four-hour time limit. He took over the lead just past the ten-minute mark and expanded on that throughout the race.
“It was such a tough race and I didn’t have the best start and it was kind of dusty and motocrossy in the beginning,” Lettenbichler said. “I hit a rock and almost crashed so I slowed down a little. Then I kind of pushed to get back to Mitch and the speed was insane until we got to Carl’s Dinner. Then I was able to push hard and pull a little bit of a gap. What a mega day. It’s unreal to win it another time.”

Canada’s Trystan Hart finished second on his FMF KTM Factory Racing team ride in a time of three hours and 14 minutes. This was Hart’s fourth podium finish in the last five years and second runner-up finish. Hart quickly moved into third position, but a likely bent rear sprocket caused him to derail his chain multiple times and lose time. He still managed to pass Mitch Brightmore for second before checkpoint 12. Despite Brightmore passing him back and a large group of riders closing within sight of him before checkpoint 23, he was able to pull away in the final stages.
“I just made a couple of mistakes early and lost a ton of energy. And maybe I bent my sprocket or something because my chain came off like twelve times,” Hart said. “It’s all good. Mani rode really good, I rode pretty good, honestly, just a couple of mistakes but other than that, pretty good.”

Spain’s Mario Roman rounded out the podium on his MR74 Racing Husqvarna in a time of three hours and 18 minutes. Roman had to work his way up from outside the top ten at Carl’s Dinner checkpoint 10 to eventually take over third before checkpoint 23 of 27. It was an impressive ride through the pack for the rider now competing on his own team.

Sherco Factory Racing’s Teodor Kabakchiev finished fourth after a tight battle with his former teammate Roman. The Bulgarian ultimately finished almost four minutes back in a time of three hours and 22 minutes.
X-Grip GasGas Racing team rider Mitch Brightmore rounded out the top five in three hours and 24 minutes. The British rider was the early leader and closest challenger to Lettenbichler in the early going. He held second position through checkpoint ten at Carl’s Dinner before Hart was able to overtake him.

James Moore, the nineteen-year-old South African riding a Beta finished sixth in a time of three hours and 32 minutes. The teenager that won the 2025 Roof of Africa over Mani Lettenbichler and Billy Bolt backed up that result with another strong ride.
Austria’s Michael Walkner finished seventh on a GasGas in a time of three hours and 33 minutes.
X-Grip GasGas rider, Ashton Brightmore, the younger brother of fifth-placed Mitch Brightmore, finished eighth in a time of three hours and 36 minutes.
Eddie Karlsson finished ninth on a Stark Varg electric bike to become the first ever finisher on an electric motorcycle. The Swedish rider had a rear-brake failure that added to the challenge. His finishing time was three hours and 42 minutes.

Remarkably, fifty-one-year-old Graham Jarvis finished tenth on another electric bike, the Jarv-E that he has helped develop. His finish time was three hours and 45 minutes.

Italian Lorenzo Gandola finished eleventh riding a Sherco. His finishing time was three hours and 46 minutes.
Toby Martyn finished twelfth riding a Stark Varg, making it three electric bike finishers. The British rider’s time was three hours and 47 minutes.
American Cody Webb finished in thirteenth position riding a YZ250FX four-stroke. The only finisher on a four-stroke this year, Webb crossed the line in three hours and 49 minutes.

Austrian Dieter Rudolf finished in fourteenth position to the delight of the local Austrian fans. His time was three hours and 51 minutes.
Ryder LeBlond was the fifteenth and final finisher within the four-hour time limit. The American that rides for the Rockstar Husqvarna Factory Racing rider finished three hours and 59 minutes.
